Deana Shuker holds a Bachelors Degree in Political Science with a minor in Psychology, a Post-Baccalaureate in Legal Studies, and an MPA in Public Administration. While working in different fields, including running a successful business, she still managed to privately tutor for 18 years. After many years, she decided her passion was education and teaching the next generation. As such, she became a General Studies Teacher and has experience in all subjects ranging from grades from K-12. Deana was blessed with a gift for teaching subjects in a way that speaks to each child's individual learning style. At Tutor Masters, only current or former teachers (with excellent credentials) are chosen to be part of the team. All of the tutors have over 5 years of educational experience and share in the vision that teachers must teach to a specific child's learning style. Each and every tutor specializes in subject area or test preparation. As such, we will make sure to match your child's needs with the best tutor with the most expertise in that given area.
